Which files should I send and what are the cutting limits?
Send DXF, DWG, PDF or other CAD file, accompanied by material, thickness and quantity. If there are elevations, tolerances, finishes, or special requirements, please include them in the drawing or order details. We can also analyse a sketch.
The maximum cutting area is 1500 × 3000 mm. In mild steel, the indicated capacity is up to 18 mm. For stainless steel, aluminium, or other alloys, the thickness and feasibility are confirmed by the team for your project.
How are the budget and deadline defined? Do you also do bending?
Material, thickness, quantity, geometry, and additional operations influence the budget. The drawing allows us to evaluate the cutting path and sheet utilization. There is no single price applicable to all parts.
We can analyse cutting and bending in the same order. We confirm the feasibility of the bends and the necessary dimensions before production.
