What is the maximum capacity?
The press brake has 30 tons of force and a working capacity of up to 1250 mm. These values do not, by themselves, determine the possible thickness: we need to analyse the material, the bend length and the geometry.
Do I need to send the flat pattern drawing?
Send the files you have and a drawing with the desired final measurements. Identify whether the dimensions are internal or external. The team analyzes the development and the necessary bends.
Do they accept single pieces and small quantities?
Yes. We analyse single pieces and mass production, for companies, professionals and individuals.
Do you also do sheet metal cutting?
Yes. You can request laser cutting and bending in the same quote. The feasibility of each operation is confirmed before proceeding.
What files can I attach?
You can send DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, IGES, images or ZIP, up to 3 files and within the limits indicated in the form.
What if I don't have a technical drawing yet?
A sketch with measurements and an explanation of the use of the part helps to start the analysis. We can support the development of the solution.
When can I receive the parts?
We respond to quote requests in less than 48 hours. Production time and delivery conditions are defined in the proposal, according to complexity, quantity, and availability.
